This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) describes how the Charitable Organization CHARIITABLE ORGANIZATION “ІNTERNATIONAL CHARITABLE FUNDATION HOLISTIC HUMAN DEVELOPMENT “LOGOS” (hereinafter – the “Foundation”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you interact with our website at https://bo-logos.com. This Policy applies to all website visitors and persons making donations, regardless of their location – including residents of Ukraine, EU Member States, and other countries. In relations with EU residents, the Foundation complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) to the extent applicable to the Foundation’s activities. Information you provide directly Donation form By default, your donations are anonymous. If you wish for your name to appear alongside the donation amount, please enter it in the relevant field of the form. We rely on your consent as the legal basis when processing your name for this purpose. We may also request your consent to send newsletters – in such case, we will ask you to provide your email address. Payment data (acquiring) An online acquiring system is integrated on our website to facilitate donations and charitable contributions. We accept payments from both individuals and legal entities – from Ukraine and from abroad. Payment processing is carried out through certified payment providers (acquirers) that comply with the PCI DSS standard. We do not store complete payment card details (card number, CVV code, PIN) on our servers. These details are transmitted directly to the secured servers of the payment provider via an encrypted channel (TLS/SSL protocol). During the payment process, we may receive and store the following data: the payer’s name (of the individual or authorized representative of the legal entity), email address, payer’s country, transaction amount and date, masked card number (e.g., **** **** **** 1234) or account details, and transaction identifier. For legal entities – the name of the organization and, where required, payment details. These data are processed exclusively for the purposes of processing, confirming, and accounting for charitable contributions, as well as for compliance with financial monitoring requirements under applicable Ukrainian legislation. Contact form When you submit a request or inquiry through the contact form, we ask you to provide your full name and email address for the purpose of responding to and resolving your request. This processing is necessary to pursue our legitimate interests in ensuring effective communication with you. Information we collect automatically On our website, we use technologies and tools to ensure critical functionality (e.g., online donation acceptance) and network security (a firewall for filtering malicious content). We apply a set of technical and organizational measures to protect your financial data: – Data encryption: all payment transactions are transmitted via the secure TLS 1.2/1.3 protocol (HTTPS), which prevents interception of data by third parties. – PCI DSS standard: our payment providers are certified under the international PCI DSS payment card security standard, which guarantees the protection of card data at every stage of the transaction. – Non-retention of card data: we do not store complete payment card credentials on our servers. All sensitive information is processed exclusively on the secured servers of the payment provider. – 3D Secure technology: two-factor authentication (3D Secure / Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode) may be used to confirm transactions, providing additional protection against fraudulent card use. – Financial monitoring: in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, the Foundation conducts monitoring of financial transactions within the scope provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime”. – International payments: for payers from abroad, transactions are processed in accordance with international security standards and the foreign exchange regulations of Ukraine.

5. HOW THE FOUNDATION USES PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Foundation uses personal information for: processing donations and charitable contributions; providing transaction confirmations; fulfilling financial accounting and reporting obligations; responding to visitor inquiries; providing information about the Foundation’s activities (with your consent). The Foundation does not sell, rent, or transfer donors’ personal information to third parties for commercial purposes, except as stated in this Policy. Data retention: The Foundation retains your information for the period necessary to achieve the relevant purpose and in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation (in particular, financial accounting documents are retained for the periods determined by Ukrainian legislation).

6. YOUR DATA PROCESSING RIGHTS

We transfer only the data necessary for the performance of the relevant agreements. Agreements governing the terms and purposes of personal data processing are concluded with each provider.
